• Acceptance of Terms: By using CampusTech software, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
• User Responsibilities: Users must maintain the security and confidentiality of their login credentials, Prohibit any unauthorized or illegal use of the software
• Content Usage: Clarify ownership and usage rights of content uploaded or created using the software.
• License and Usage: we grants the school a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for educational purposes within the school premises during the term of this agreement
• Access and Support: We provide technical support and maintenance during normal business hours, with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours for critical issues.
• Data Privacy and Security: We adhere to all applicable data protection laws and regulations, and will not disclose or sell any student or school data to third parties
• Payments and Fees: The school agrees to pay the software provider an annual licensing fee Amount on a per-user or per-device basis, payable within specified days of receiving the invoice, if not charge of 1.5% per Day will be made After completing of specified time
• Acceptable Use Policy: The school agrees that it will only use the software for educational purposes and will not engage in any activities that violate the software provider's acceptable use policy.
• Liability and Indemnification: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The school agrees to indemnify and hold the software provider harmless from any claims or losses arising from its use of the software.
